Stajemy przed Wami z ważną informacją. W związku z rezygnacją Sołtysa z pełnionej funkcji, zarząd naszego turnieju podjął trudną, ale jednogłośną decyzję o zmianie nazwy wydarzenia. To dla nas kwestia szacunku i zasad. Nasz Sołtys był z tym turniejem od samego początku. Nie wyobrażamy sobie używania oficjalnego tytułu „Puchar Sołtysa” w momencie, gdy On nie pełni już tej roli. Chcemy w ten sposób uhonorować jego wkład i wsparcie turnieju.
Zdajemy sobie sprawę, że przyzwyczajenie jest drugą naturą człowieka. Wiemy, że dla wielu z Was (i dla nas w kuluarach też!) to wciąż będzie „ten sam turniej” i stara nazwa pewnie jeszcze długo będzie krążyć w środowisku. To dla nas najlepszy dowód na to, jaką historię wspólnie zbudowaliśmy.
Oficjalnie jednak otwieramy nowy rozdział pod szyldem: FOOSLAND MASTERS.
Zmienia się logo i nazwa, ale to, co najważniejsze – data, miejsce, atmosfera i ludzie – pozostaje bez zmian.

Dear Players and Fans,
We have some important information to share with you. Due to the resignation of the village administrator, the management of our tournament has made the difficult but unanimous decision to change the name of the event. For us, it is a matter of respect and principle. Our Village Head has been with this tournament from the very beginning. We cannot imagine using the official title ‘Village Head’s Cup’ at a time when he no longer holds this position. In this way, we want to honour his contribution and support for the tournament.
We realise that habit is second nature to humans. We know that for many of you (and for us behind the scenes too!) it will still be ‘the same tournament’ and the old name will probably continue to circulate in the community for a long time. For us, this is the best proof of the history we have built together.
However, we are officially opening a new chapter under the name: FOOSLAND MASTERS.
The logo and name are changing, but the most important things – the date, place, atmosphere and people – remain the same.
