Dear Players and Supporters,
We stand before you with an important piece of information. Due to the resignation of the Village Manager from his position, the board of our tournament has taken the difficult but unanimous decision to change the name of the event. This is a matter of respect and principle for us. Our Village Manager has been with this tournament from the very beginning. We cannot imagine using the official title „Puchar Sołtysa” when he is no longer in that role. We want to honour his contribution and support of the tournament in this way.
We realise that habit is second nature to man. We know that for many of you (and us behind the scenes too!) it will still be „the same tournament” and the old name will probably continue to circulate in the community for a long time to come. For us, this is the best proof of the history we have built together.
However, we are officially opening a new chapter under the banner: FOOSLAND MASTERS.
The logo and name change, but the essentials - the date, venue, atmosphere and people - remain the same.

For us, it is a matter of respect and principle. Our Village Head has been with this tournament from the very beginning. We cannot imagine using the official title ‘Village Head's Cup’ at a time when he no longer holds this position. In this way, we want to honour his contribution and support for the tournament.
