Competitor representing TKFS. Multiple multi-medalist of PZFS I ITSF tournaments. Polish Champion Garlando 2014-2019 and Polish Champion Rosengart 2025. World Vice-Champion in the WD competition in 2017. She started her adventure with foosball in 2012.
Toughest opponent of your career?
Hmmm... in my mind there are two answers to this question . One: I've been thinking about it for a week and I can't pick one person. I don't have an updated database when it comes to female athletes in the world, but I have a few names in my head that have always been a challenge for me. I'd love to come back to this question in a while 🙂 Second: At a certain level, you can lose to anyone and you can win with anyone if the mindset is right. The toughest matches for me are the ones where I'm fighting myself in my head.
Toughest match during Pucharu Sołtysa?
For me, a difficult match is one in which I get tired regardless of the result 😉 Certainly team tournaments are always very hard for me to play. Although at the last tournament in Zamarske I particularly remembered the OS match against Pawel Sajnog, whose style of play does not suit me very much.
Favourite technique/play?
Of course, my favourite play is the pull-shot from defence.
Favourite table?
In my heart the first place will always be Garlando 🙂 Playing on this table always excites me. A little lower is Leonhart, as I currently play on it the most and feel most confident there in terms of repetitive play.
Favourite foosball competition?
Definitely the MXT! I always enjoy it the most 😉 It's a good opportunity to play at a high level among the best players.
Biggest career success?
The best result of my career so far is definitely 2nd place in the WD with Basia Kurtyka at the World Cup, but I haven't said the last word yet.
What do you miss about football as a sport?
In my opinion, there is a lack of media exposure. In particular, TV coverage with a good commentator in the background, interviews with players and interesting content on social media. I think more media hype would attract sponsors and new players, resulting in higher tournament attendance and more opportunities for development. Another aspect is that there are too many recreational players and not enough players engaged and competing at a professional level. Unfortunately, in Poland table football is popular as a bar entertainment.
